Coming Soon: New Automatic Folding Equipment!

We’re adding several new systems to the line of automatic folding machines this year!

Thermotron is releasing a new hot sealer and labeler, and they’ll all be available for purchase at Sewn Products. Each of these new products will make garment production easier and faster with more professional results. The machines differentiate between garment sizes, but they differentiate less between types of garments. Be sure to check that the machine you want will work with the garments you produce, though, and look at any additional modules or attachments that will allow the machine to support different types of garments.

Automatic Heat-Sealing Machine

This machine is designed to seal apparel in individual plastic bags. It operates quickly, quietly, and precisely to produce professionally sealed garments ready to be presented to your customers. Heat sealing creates a clean edge on your garment bag and ensures the finished product appears as high-quality as the garment inside.

Garment Labeler

This new machine is designed to place adhesive strips and labels on garments. These labels inform the final consumer of any relevant information about the garment, such as size, fabric type, and washing instructions. This machine can work with folded or unfolded garments to place these informational labels. It’s easy to work with and quick to do its job.
