Rexel R500 Band Knife

Band knife machine Rexel R500/F with inverter is easy to use and highly productive. It has high precision cutting of textile materials (cotton, knitted fabrics, synthetic fabrics, insulation, etc.). Multiple layers of fabric can be cut by Rexel R500/F thickness up to 300 mm.
This machine can be used as a standalone workstation or with a cutting table Rexel SK-3. It is very easy to operate and is equipped with a grinding device, which provides high quality sharpening with minimal wear of band knife. Several microswitches will prevent starting of cutting machine, if a cover is open or the band is not tightened. Broken band or the wrong tension automatically turns off machine. Machine is equipped with a lamp with separate switch. Also this machine is equipped with a mechanical band catcher that makes the band fixed in case of break. Thanks to this solution working with band knife machines has become safer. Specifications:
