Band knife machine Rexel R1150 is easy to use and highly productive. It has high precision cutting of upholstery foam and textile materials (cotton, knitted fabrics, synthetic fabrics, insulation, etc.). Multiple layers of fabric can be cut by Rexel R1150 (thickness up to 300 mm, upholstery foam up to 500 mm). Maximum and minimum thickness depends on type of the material.
This machine is very easy to operate and it is equipped with a sharpening device, which provides high quality sharpening with minimal wear of band knife. Variable speed control allows one to set any appropriate speed for all types of materials. Rexel R1150 is equipped with the special detector (responsible for the work of band knife blade) and the band knife security system (protects band knife blade from escape from the course). It is equipped with a lamp with separate switch. Also it is equipped with a mechanical tape catcher. Thanks to this solution working with band knife machines has become safer. Control of the Band knife machine R1150 is carried out by the touch screen. The blowing from table top makes the airspace under the fabric what facilitates the maneuvering. Air channels supply the air flow only to the part where the material is situated. It helps to avoid getting dust and scraps of material into the air channels. R1150 band knife machine can also be equipped with a vacuum cleaner system which removes dust, scraps and fragments of material. Another useful and important accessory is a measuring device for fast and precise depth adjusting of the furniture foam that are about to be cut. |
