Rasor SW100S
It reaches the highest level of technology and safety and guarantees power and reliability in less than 7 lbs. The combination between blade and counter blade allows a sharp and precise cut. The 90Watt balanced and silenced motor combined with a high resistance bronze/steel gear couplings create a long lasting stability. The 6 sided 100mm diameter knife allows to cut any fabric up to 35mm of thickness. SW100S is especially suitable to the transversal cut or it can be anchored to a fixed position. The base is Teflon® coated so to allow an easy feed by reducing the friction between the base and the fabric and It is possible to install this cutting unit on sliding rails within a minimum space. The push button sharpening stone system allows the sharpening of the knife edge in less than 10 sec. without removing the knife.
For the continuous trimming process SW100S is also available in left side version (specular) as model SW10SS. The few maintenance and low operation cost make model sw100S to be the cheapest and most reliable cutting solution in any of your O.E.M. application. |
