Rasor DS503MT

DS503MT is the new electrical hand-held cutting machine designed for trimming the edges. The new slim shaped foot is welded with a widia counterblade to reduce the overall dimension of the shear. With DS503MT is therefore possible to trim straight or curved sections of material with high precision. DS503MT is well used for trimming textile and leather in furnishing field (chairs, sofa and armchairs) while especially used to cut away the extra-waste material on moulds for plastic and glass fiber. It weighs only 950 grams and its ergonomic design combined with a 55Watt balanced and silenced motor make this model (DS503MT) a unique cutting tool very easy to be used. The maximun cutting thickness is 8mm and the new installed sharpening stone allows the sharpening of the knife edge to be done in less than 10 seconds without removing the knife. The new circuit board includes a glass fuse which can be easily replaced without disassembling the shear.
