Pneumatic table for mattresses is designed for furniture industry. It can be used in manufacturing of the big pieces of upholstered furniture with spring mattresses or upholstery foam. It greatly facilitates the production of such vast furniture; it provides even compression of springs or foam rubber to the desired thickness over the entire surface.
Upholstery of a cloth is carried out by pre-stretching it on a mattress, it gives a good effect - upholstery cloth has smooth surface with no visible wrinkles. Also, there is a significant time saving, because the whole operation can be done by one person, the press continues to hold elements of the furniture in the same position in which it was placed under the press for the upholstery and provides easy access to the entire back side of the furniture piece, without the need to rotate it. The power supply of pneumatic press is compressed air, so you can use your existing network of the compressed air in your production shop. Using pneumatic actuator with trapezoidal screw and a hand wheel allow you to accurately adjust the desired compression force to the mattress. Pressing force is indicated on the operating pressure regulator, mounted on the body of the press. |
