1002 Pocket Pressing Machine

The pressing machine mod. 1002 was built to give a new way to press pockets and patches through a patented design which uses high pressure and temperature without damaging the product. As unit 1002 presses the patches on its all surface, it is particularly suited for braiding, cuffs, polo fronts, vent facings, etc. in all kinds of material (cotton, wool, silk, velvet, jersey, synthetic fibers, leather, imitation leather). Pressure and temperature can be adjusted according to material type for best results. Controls are electro-pneumatic, timers and thermostats keep pressing time and temperature constant. The 1002 model is equipped with two pressing units for maximum productivity whatever the form will be. Size can be changed quickly by simply changing the template. In order to change the form, the plate must be substituted.
