-Full features Quilting Embroidery Control System, equipped with 10.4 Touch Screen Control Panel, user friendly window style display. -33 dual needles sewing heads, maximum 66 needles sewing at the same time. In theory, maximum quilting embroidery width is 3600mm. -Each head works in small stitch sewing at minimum 50.8mm (2 inches). Base on production requirement, each needle of two can be manually switch on or off individually, set the sewing stitch size to 50.8mm (2 inches), 101.6mm, 203.2mm accordingly, plus alternate head lock function, realize ability to do complicated patterns production. -Working speed 750-800rpm. -Automatic thread breakage detection, shorten machine down time, get the most production from running machine. -Equipped with jumbo rotary hook with large thread holding capacity, decrease bobbin replacement time, further increase production time. -Material loading and reverse movement is controlled by Y-direction rollers, X-direction driving stud mechanical movement is driven by servo motors.
