Experience a hands-free process, from the end of the dryer to a sealed, labeled, ready-to-ship package. At Sewn Products Equipment Company, we offer a complete, integrated Thermotron finishing system that seamlessly connects with automatic baggers, bag sealers, labelers and barcode printers.
- Fold: Feed the finished garment into the STP-1000 or FX-25 series folder. In seconds, it produces a uniform fold, minimizing manual labor and inconsistencies.
- Transfer: From the folder, the garment is automatically conveyed to a PV-40 automatic bagger. This machine flawlessly opens a poly bag and inserts the folded garment, maintaining the line's speed and efficiency without human intervention.
- Seal: The bagged garment then moves to the KL-60 or TH-44 bag sealer, which creates a clean, durable seal. This process protects the product and gives it a professional, retail-ready finish.
- Label: As an optional step, the sealed bag can run through the BC-41 barcode and labeling machine to automatically apply size stickers, SKUs or other branding.
