Auto-align three rolls of material to be feed into assembly area. The Outer Filter and Inner layers are symmetrically feed in and fused with ultrasonic technology continuously. Then it is cut into individual pcs. Then the mask is branch to two separated welding devices for ear loops, in order to keep up with demand because of the system high efficiency. When the ear loops are finished then it is counted digitally automatically.
