This is a flat bed unit for double lap stitching on jeans, casual trousers and working clothes. It is particularly suitable for back yoke, back seat and pocket hemming thanks to its unique technical design. The perfect combination of our belt puller system with the feed dog and the needle feed transport system of Vi.Be.Mac. sewing head make this unit extremely effective. The wide range of needle gauges offers various solutions for all the fashion needs.

-The 3064 is a flat bed unit equipped with Vi.Be.Mac. sewing head for 2 - 3 needle chain stitch, with the needle feed transporting system and the automatic lubrication. It is ideal for yoke and seat seams, inseam & outseam, top stitching. This model is user-friendly and gives a high quality stitching at low maintenance cost. The belt transporting system, the revolutionary presser foot equipped with DCP technology (Dynamic Control of the presser foot pressure) and the comfortable panel make this unit a very functional working station. Thanks to an extensive range of needle gauges that reaches up to 5/8'' (16 mm), it is possible to increase considerably the stitching quality and the operator’s performance (high productivity) on any kind of fabric, from light to extra heavy.
