Apart from being a very reliable unit, it has a sewing head with 2 split needles that can function indipendently and at the same time. Moreover, all the 2250 PLC series can be modified mechanically and electronically and are supplied with their dedicated software. This machine is an ideal solution for stitching together the frontal parts of jeans/pants on one machine with one operator, instead of using 2-4 machines with 2-4 operators.
You can program your 1-2 needle sequence till max 4 steps per sequence and start saving immediately on handling time, number of operators, space in the production line, spare parts, electricity and compressed air consumption. Specifications:

Importantly, it is easy and quick to change the sequence, hence, the operator can vary the sequence to suit the style, fashion or production needs at any time. The sequence skips a step once the operator presses the pedal backward, therefore, minimizing the waste of time. The special patented compensative presser foot is divided in two parts and adjusts itself according to the type of fabric being used. The advantages of replacing two or more standard 1-2 needle machines with one 2250PLC are numerous: less operators and assistants necessary to move the garment, saving in terms of space in the production line, energy/air consumptions and spare parts consumption.-The 2250 CORNERS is a special split 2 needle unit that is ideal for stitching the pocket corners, flaps and cargo pockets. The unit permits to alternate the needles or use only one and the sequence can be switched manually by the operator at any moment in order to avoid the classic low quality stitching in the inner corners when working on 2 parallel needle units. Moreover, it is possible to program how many stitches one or the other needle must skip and than it restarts automatically.
