VBM 1010V4 F1 Automatic Fly Piece Unit

-The “J” seam unit 1010V4F1 (Double Colour Technology), is equipped with Mitsubishi direct drive PLK-G, 2 needle lock stitch(V4F1 model)/1 needle lockstitch (V4F1M model), shuttle hook and thread trimmer. WIth a few additional parts this unit can be converted to perform a range of operations: back pocket embroidery, making darts and pleats, run flap stitch. If you purchase the necessary parts, the unit can be converted according to the customer's request. -The 1010V4F1 matches perfectly the fly piece with the front left part. The front left panel is applicable to the zipper/button hole in just one sewing cycle. Thanks to the loader and the stacker devices the unit can achieve an incredible production rate, with no need of a skilled operator or assistant to mark the front left panel. The sewing area of the unit is the widest presented in the market (245 x 145 mm), while the moulds are the cheapest since they can be produced locally on 5 continents. The sewing patterns can be prepared and sent back by Vi.Be.Mac. via email within one working day. Thanks to the USB memory device it is possible to upload the program directly into the unit’s control box. In small textile companies, where production does not to require the unit for 8 consecutive hours, it can perform some other operations mentioned above. |
