2100 AUTO and 2200
A unique patented sewing system to join panels where pattern matching or absolute panel matching is required. A vacuum will hold down the two panels to be sewn. An optional laser alignment or simple tape will ensure the alignment. The sewing head automatically travels the length of the panels sewing them together. (Customer may select from several sewing head options)

2300 MODULAR
The ultimate modular automated conveyor sewing system. Sewing heads can be changed IN A FEW MINUTES. Along with the robust conveyor feed unit, and the rear “mouse trap” control of the panels, this machine allows any sewing head (safety stitch, double and single needle lock stitch or chainstitch and blindstitch) to be simply and quickly installed into the system. DECO CUT
This machine measures and cuts the pre-sewn panels. Unique feed system allows a very fast transition of the panels from hanging to cutting and then on to the final hem finish.

MK900 SEAM SEALER
The Mk 900 Seam sealer is specially designed to provide ease of operation,
consistency and quality. With a range of attachments available to provide versatility.
Quality and Accuracy
The simple to use and comprehensive control system includes a
digital dual display temperature controller and HMI display unit.
The HMI panel is used for setting speed and operating parameters. The dual
display temperature controller has an accuracy of ±1% and interacts with the
machine's PLC to ensure the heater is at the set temperature. If the correct
temperature has not been reached the machine is disabled. The machine has been
built at a specific angle to improve visibility for the operator.
