The Svegea Model RRS-800 is a heavy duty, fully automatic roll to roll slitter system. This system unwinds your roll of material and uses inline slitters and rewinds the material on to another core at all at the same time.
Specifications:
-Motorized Knife with adjustment speed as an option - Adjustable cutting widths by moving placement of the inline slitters - Optional electronic counter (meters, yards, etc) - Optional pneumatic lift kit allows the knife shaft to be lifted for ease of loading the rolls - Re-rolling is accomplished after slitting on two independent air-expanding shafts - Machine equipment with a total 3 shafts; one for the master roll and two for re-rolling of slit down rolls - Different Air-shaft sizes available up request Technical data:
