We offer s full range of cloth inspection machines, ranging from economy light duty table machines to extra heavy duty vertical machines. All machines are available in any width (standard widths are 60”, 72” and 78”) We offer standard machines with roll weights up to 1500 lbs/680kg.
Options include powered unwind for tension free control, electronic edge guiding, manual or auto cross cutters, digital yardage/meter counters with auto stop, overhead light and many more.

The UltraCut Cutting Table
The UltraCut cutting table features a variable speed ultrasonic cross cutter. The table comes equipped with a full width slide stop bar that travels on a unique gear rack to ensure square cuts that are accurate to less than one millimeter. The ultrasonic cutter seals as it cuts, without scorching the product. Dual pneumatic clamp bars secure the material prior to cutting to ensure zero movement.

The SPEC Manual Squaring Table
The SPEC manual squaring table uses a round blade cutter on a linear bearing rail to ensure zero side to side blade movement. Tables are custom made to order, and basic tables can always have optional components added at a future time.
Typically tables are supplied with a single roll stand, cross cut machine, pneumatic material clamp and a side rail alignment bar. Other options include an end alignment bar on rack rail or with C clamps, a laser alignment light and many more.
