End Cutting Systems

Overview
End cutting system (shown with manual end cutter and lifters).
Picture A – operator manually pulls the material to length.
Picture B – operator manually pulls the cutter across the track cutting the material.
Picture C – operator lifts the track (especially made to lift with ease). The trailing end of the cut length drops under the track and is clamped by the track as the operator releases the lifter.

Eastman's Auto Track Falcon II
This system offers automatic traversing of the cutting head and an automatic lift feature.
Both features enhance cycle time and throughput in comparison to
manually-operated models. The remote control enables the operator to activate
the Auto Track Falcon's cutting cycle as soon as the operator is finished pulling the ply down the table.

Economy Line of Manual and Automatic End Cutters
Machines are
provided with the roll holders (as pictured) track and lifters. An
optional end alignment system with lifters can also be added to the
system (recommended when lengths do not change very much) We also offer this model with automated traverse and lifters.
