Svegea Model 200 Bias Slitter and Winder
This machine is the second stage of bias production. After sewing the material into a tube, the model 200 slits and re-opens the material to the required 45 degree angle. The Model 200 has turn buckle, geared tube width adjusters. It is equipped with dual inverters to allow precise integration between the unwinder and slitter rewinder.

Svegea Fully Automatic Roll Slitting Machines
Model FA 350 and FA 500 are fully automatic roll slitting machines.
The Model FA 500 is a heavy duty machine with 78”/2000mm material
width capacity (standard) and 15 ¾” /400mm roll diameter cutting
capacity. The Model 350 has the same features as the 500 but 11 ½”
/300mm roll diameter capacity.The machines are
fully automatic with multi width within a roll program function. The
automatic blade grinding feature is programmable as is the roll and
blade travel direction. An optional automatic chuck and blade
moistening device are also available. (Custom widths can also be
supplied)
